Consent for Collection and Processing of Exhibitor’s Personal Data
at the International Exhibition of Innovations ARCA and AGRO ARCA

Dear Sir/Madam,
All programs within the framework of the International Exhibition of Innovations ARCA and AGRO ARCA, organized by the Croatian Union of Innovators, will be covered by the media, photographed, and recorded.

Video recordings and photographs will be used for promotional purposes of the event, on the Association’s websites, those of our partners, and in the media. For the purposes of the exhibition, an official ARCA Catalogue will also be published, containing basic information about the innovation and the author.

By signing the application for ARCA or AGRO ARCA, you implicitly give your consent to the aforementioned recordings and photography and agree to their publication for the stated purposes, in accordance with the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The ARCA exhibition organizer disclaims any responsibility for possible intellectual property rights violations of third parties caused by the exhibitor’s presentation.
